Careful nature, shell armor full investment in defensive stats, Curse/Rest/Amnesia/Stone Edge for moves worked pretty well as a meme mon for me.
It takes a punishingly long time to set up, but it's so fulfilling to steamroll
if your opponent hasn't disconnected yet.
