they 100% have EVs now, i put some EVs on my mons since she was outspeeding and oneshotting my shit pretty hard, and even after putting on, like 100 or so EVs into speed and such and putting my levels around 50, i was still getting outsped. so that's 'nice'.
at least all the bosses that haven't been gym leaders so far (and that giratina) have been really easy
