Depends entirely on what is available for use in the games.
Game Freak doesn't care anymore about making sure that all pokemon can be used since they got away with it for SWSH, and have since continued to downgrade availability immensely.
It's gotten to a point everyone wants a battle sim again, but Game Freak won't do it because the 3D games are already their purported battle sim.
Anyone and I mean anyone who bought SWSH/BDSP/PLA are to blame, with most of the blame being SWSH owners.
