Here's why you're fucking wrong:
-Chansey can HEAL ITSELF without needing to use Rest, which would make it a sitting duck
-Chansey has the second highest HP stat in the game, only behind it's evolution, and a still massive sp.def of 105. Regice meanwhile is stuck with a meager 80 HP and must fully invest in it's special defense to make the most of it while Chansey can invest fully in physical bulk and still come out with 369 special defense. Going by pure stats alone, Chansey is STILL a far better special wall than Regice, and both are still outclassed by Blissey at this role anyways.
-Chansey and Blissy has Heal Bell to cure status, and don't have the literal worst singly defensive type in the game
-Chansey can also take a physical hit and cure it's own status just by switching out
I love Regice to death but it's just not a good special wall. Also, Landorus isn't overpowered by any means (and the form of it that WAS considered 'overpowered' got banned to Ubers, making your point moot if you're talking about Landorus-I). It's also most assuredly not fucking luck based, either.
Either the last time you played a mon game was Gen 3 (which honestly I don't blame you) or you just never touched competitive or online battling (also don't blame you for, but stop talking out your ass if that's the case).
