>>36706021Well, here is a list of things I prefer in Rescue Team:
1. Recruitment - Friend Areas are a really cool thing that encouraged me to complete my team.
2. IQ system - access to overpowered skills like Super Mobile and Trap Seer by every starter.
3. Training - gummis are guaranteed to raise your stats and I love it.
4. Story - although rather short, it's well paced, has memorable moments and treat protagonists like independent individuals. Legendaries having their own short arcs is a really good feature as well.
5. Base of operations - your house's appearance depends on your starter. It's great.
6. Storage system - lets you have shitton of items that actually stack. It was also present in GtI but not in Explorers.
7. Items' value - Wonder Orbs are worthless in shops in newer games. It makes picking them up and selling them less satisfying. Also, you actually need Apples and Max Elixir on your adventures unlike in GtI.
I also liked the fact that some moves were clearly overpowered (e.g. Bullet Seed). Nerfing them was understandable though.
