Providing Tera doesn't get banned, a fire Tera makes Flame Charge. Bitter Blade also has 90 power, making it much better than its brothers Giga Drain and Drain Punch and honestly making it a better choice over Flare Blitz on this mon. Ceruledge has a modest 75/80/100 bulk so I'm pretty confident this can be pulled off for a decent sweep in lower tiers.
