>>32516910It's because the shitty designs are some of the worst/laziest designs in the series and thus people lump in the good ones with them. Nor does it help when some people try and compare them to Gen 1's designs to say they're carbon copy designs of Gen 1's when they really aren't. They might try and feel the same ''role'' as some of Gen 1's designs but they are basically completely different. And it's not like GF doesn't copy paste with every gen, just look at all the regional birds/rodents in every region, or the pikaclones
