>>>53907192I'm so sorry, anon. Rejection hurts, especially when you feel as if the person means everything to you, and you feel like your world is nothing without them. But, recall that this wasn't always the case. You used to live without these feelings, and can do so again. Focus on your hobbies and interests that make you happy. Spend time with friends/family that you enjoy the company of. Most importantly, try and meet new people that enjoy some of the same things you do. One of the healthiest and best things a person can do after rejection is welcome new people into their life. It helps with the pain, and it opens the door to future potential relationships. I know it's hard bro, but dwelling on something that is outside your control will only prolong your pain. Of course, taking time to heal is important too, but you have to balance the healing with moving on. Let others help you and help yourself, and it will get better, trust me.
