>>52465033thats how it was designed back in 1998 yes but its the year 2022. mainline pokemon is now largely designed and played as a single-player RPG with the occasional bits of multiplayer engagement, very different from something like CoD. look at the nintendo store description for SV, it doesn't even mention the multiplayer aspects.
