Kanto references are cool, but XY is that guy from a 3rd world country who wants to create his own media and keeps putting popular references every fucking minute, that's why it's annoying and this board always complains about it

Unfinished games, SM had to fix the Zygarde problem
Mega Evolution was barely used, ORAS did a better job
Mega Evolution is also a shit and overrated gimmick, only saved by its cool concept.
There's also great things like the pokemon, the sidequests and Amie.
