Anon, will you eat my cookie now? What about Zorua, should I have asked you before inviting him in? But he was so nice when that other man came to fix the window… Hey what are you looking for? You didn’t finish brushing my head fur. Can you do it tomorrow? Please? Hey!
You shove a bunch of boxes into your phox’s paws and send her to the bed. You occupy yourself with the cabinet a bit longer and, after uncovering where your pokemon cards were hidden, follow Ava. Jumping on the bed and causing the box pile to fall. Ava glares at you with disapproval, as if she were your trainer. Before you’re able to respond, she rolls over her head down to the floor and picks one of the boxes:
Mono-poly? What’s this?
A-a game.
You’re quick to show her which games you have. Monopoly, Clue, AD&D, D&D 3rd edition, Pathfinder… As you count, you realize it’s all white noise to her. You decide to pull out your pokemon cards:
If you can name all the pokemon on these cards, I’ll give you one of the cookies I’ve got here. – you take one out of a box behind your back and bite it.
I just made them an hour ago! - Ava protests.
Nevertheless, the two of you start going thru your pokemon cards. As expected, the phox is fixated on the art, very little of which she was able to see before coming to this world. It quickly becomes apparent that your knowledge of various pokemon is much greater than hers. It may be a bit embarrassing to have spent so much time getting to know things through video games, yet Ava is dazzled by your display of knowledge.
You start feeling fatigued after a very long examination of the cards by the joint team of Ava&Anon. It could be good to switch things up. Pick out one of the games? Do you want to know something specific about her?
