So AniMay will be stressed out. Even once she gets over Sapphire looking like herself, society isn't ready. AniMay is trying to be a top coordinator and contests are generally about appearances- so her reputation is immediately on the line when there's a retarded illiterate clone of herself running around like a dog. Even if they're the same age AniMay will find Sapphire childish and feel she's stuck babysitting another younger sibling. Sapphire isn't bratty or malicious but will keep climbing walls and shit and strangers will think she's AniMay. AniMay's used to Max being annoying, but Max has nothing on Sapphire's sheer level of concentrated tarzan-larping autism.
Meanwhile Sapphire would mostly have fun. Sapphire actually has more experience with coordinators than AniMay has with tarzan freaks. Since Ruby is 100 times more weird than AniMay, Sapphire might find AniMay to be a less shit version of Ruby and be happy to hang out like "omg sisters". The conflict might come from Sapphire being eager to be friends but initially not realizing how her autism affects AniMay's reputation (something Sapphire doesn't fully get as people don't have "reputations" in the jungle, and her vaguely social outcast status making her not care anyway), and AniMay trying to be patient with her retarded clone.
The place where they're located also matters a bit. They have a town mouse and city mouse thing going on where the dynamic changes depending on where they are, AniMay will function better in a city while for Sapphire it's the wild. But even then AniMay will have a harder time babysitting Sapphire in a city vs Sapphire guiding AniMay through the woods, since again Sapphire's already used to dealing with Ruby (who is just AniMay+autism+cringe+mental illness x50000)
