in order for them to actually try and make a ladder where they allow a bunch of stuff but don't allow that, it'd then not be AG.
the only real solution for National Dex AG to work again would be for them to put both of those teambuilds on a clause, either the endless battle clause or a new one, but that just wouldn't sit right.
