Diantha vs Lance would have been better had it happened during XY.

I pulled up a clip of her talking and she's not even that bad, I remember the terrible job they did in AG when the voice actors all changed over and that was a million times worse. youre just looking for an excuse to be autistic

DP and AG both series had better humor than XY series.
At the end humor largely depends on the cast which happened to be the weakest part of XY and PM series. This is why I keep talking about what kind of cast the next series should have because 60% of success of the show depend on the cast.

I wouldn't say it's more forced than AG but it's way lamer. It's just a Riolu that hatched and was given to Ash at the final lap of his journey to win. Nothing amazing, no big story around that justifies a special bond, it just happened uneventfully. This Lucario is easy contender for one of Ash's lamest aces.

This is a very particular version of Ash, I feel like i've seen quite a lot of fanfics pull from earlier Ash.
Gen 1~2 definitely wasn't a sort of high power; Ash was a shitter and intentionally so. Gen 5 sorta felt this way too.

This is only really SM~JN Ash, maybe AG.

Actually AG is like majority top tier Ubers. Just multiple of them and the occasional gimmick team.
The reason why Evasion and stuff like that are banned is more so because they make the game uncompetitive.
Like why care about the competitive nuances of the game if you can just spam Minimize or Stall with Moody and then hope you get lucky? Or make a Baton Pass team and who ever wins is now determined by Team Preview.
Most top level teams are actually multiple Zacian-C, Calyrex-S, Necrozma, and Yveltal.

Besides that, the last time a Pokémon used five or more moves at the same time was Orange Islands and they straight up admitted they bent the rules to make the battle more interesting. They’ve been aware of the game restriction since the beginning and have been adhering to it for most of the series.

This is why AG is the only thing that matters when talking about the strongest under the heaven.
UBER want to believe that they are at the top yet they fear what they cannot compete against.
Just like how Uber teams would destroy LC teams, AG teams would destroy Uber teams. Therefore the strongest, when talking aout canon, are AG trainers.

He gives him his Champion cape, and tells everyone he's the real winner and Champion among Champions of the PWC.
