SM or maybe OS(depends)
JN
1.DP is what the anime should be just adult enough for everyone to watch but still directed at kids it's almost perfect, in addition, it takes place immediately after AG, and it feel like there is actually a world around Ash and Dawn
2.SM because of the well-rounded world built around alola and although. the story is not bad either.
2.(depends)OS because OS although it has been some time since I watched it so I'm not sure
3. JN, JN has many problems surrounding it but it still connects the world they live in in a good way, and although the story is stretched out longer than it needs to be it's still presented in a digestible way. I also like the returning characters. Them retconning(yes really) un-lore friendly aspects of previous seasons is also nice
