>>52091098None of us know for sure, but I don't think the anime is ending. If Ash was being retired, or if the anime was ending, I think TPC/OLM would have said something by now. They would've hyped up the M8 as Ash's last hurrah to try and go out with a bang with ratings, and give merch sales an extra push. When a show ends, especially a show that's been on for a long time, it will often be announced in advance, with a promotional campaign to attract attention and go out on a high note. So for me, the signs aren't there that Ash is going away or the anime is ending.
