The leakers' source said they were beginning work on the next series in October, and that the next anime reveal was "right around the corner"
I've assumed that they work on the final cut supervision etc. because the "leaks" are the full episodes with watermarks on them, they see eps about two episodes or so in advance(as of right now they have seen 128 and the 129 PV for reference)
A few days before the ep airs, they get the Amazon Prime jp raw with no watermarks on them; the investors in the show also watch them at this time (this may be how they get them)
They take screenshots and purposely blur them, this is how PFT gets those blurred images (hes in the group but idk his level of access; i think he only gets to see the prime raws based on his behavior)
Also, they get magazines, press releases and the like several days in advance; they got Pokefan yesterday
It's a large group, like dozens or even more than 100 people, and there are naturally "tiers" of access
They browse all of the forums and stuff, so they will probably read this message; the last time I said anything about them on here they knew within an hour
So basically, when PFT/pokeaninews(they are the same person) says he thinks the announcement will be on the 30th, it's based on what the source said, that it would be soon
We don't have a hard confirmation either way, especially since the leaks don't include any special PVs that would be at the end of the ep
The only one who knows is the source, and I think he's purposefully keeping quiet as to not potentially expose himself
