Cynthiafags were manifesting Cynthia do to Iris what Leon did to Alain or that Milotic one shot and destroyed her entire team or that Haxorus was going to get one Dragon Claw to the face and when that didn’t happen they had rebrand and say it wasn’t a close fight or keep posting pictures of her losing.

Alain vs Leon is how you show you an extreme power difference not the anime saying great power vs great power in respond to a base Pokémon fighting a mega.

I thought that since this was the single biggest moment in it's history, they would've tried to make something worthwhile. I've seen clips from the Kalos season, I know they are better than whatever this garbage was.

Lesson learned I will go right back to never watching this show ever again. I shouldn't have wasted my time.

The ranking simply moved Ash and Diantha up because they made it through their contested matchups. Everyone else just stayed in place(just moved down to make place for those two).
Steven could have been 3-0'd without landing a hit on Ash while Alain got Leon to last mon, and they'd still be ranked fifth and seventh because the Master 8 tournament doesn't have a system where the round losers fight for position.

No Haxorus isn’t weak, Alain and Iris got set up the moment the match ups were announced although Alain the shorter hand of the stick but back to the point, Steven, Iris, Diantha, Lance and Alain all would’ve of lost because it’s essential for Ash to fight the most relevant champions. Irisfags shouldn’t even take the “she lost” thing seriously or Alainfags. The only fight that was ambiguous was Diantha vs Lance.

As much as Irisfags were screaming she could, she was set up before the battle even happened.

This might be awkward opinion but I’m glad look disappointed and discouraged. XY Ash had a robotic smile when he lost to Alain and that just isn’t life. Not everybody can be a “fair sport” all of the time. The crying scene was good. She was only in two episode but it made me like her more.
