>>55744521Nah, there's definitely a lot of stuff that takes it down, particularly after the Meloetta arc is disappointing. The League is really the turning point of awful, and not just because Ash had the most pathetic performance to date against Cameron. Team Plasma was fine, but Decolore was a huge waste of time, especially since none of the seasonal rivals showed up. Throwing Bianca, Stephan, Burgundy or Georgia in on the final arc would've been great, but it's like they all just died after the League. That said, the animation was clean, Team Rocket's heists were more interesting than the daily trying to steal Pikachu plot, the Don Battles were awesome, and all of the rivals had some unique charm to them. I won't even bitch too much about the Gym battles, because some of them were entertaining. But damn does the last third take it from a 7/10 to a 4/10 really quickly.
