Trying to pick up where I left off. Stopped playing right after effortlessly defeating Hapu. The team:
>Mago the Slowbro. This gal has been with us from the start, but is only now really coming to the front battle-wise. Due to her nature she can't be the tank I want her to be, but she'll live.
>Yache the Persian.Has been a Persian since before we left the trainer school (lol). I've genuinely lost count how many times she lived on less than 10hp, but thank Christ for Fur Coat. Left the fight against Hapu with 2hp left, for instance. More of a 'support set'. Which basically means I send her in so I can heal other pokémon. Not getting a physical dark type move stronger than Bite really puts a damper on this mon. I do have a soft spot for my Yache though.
>Kee the CrobatCrobat is definitely in my top 5 pokémon and I'll always use it till it dies. Good moves, nice healing option and Haze is a godsend for the next trial.
>Razz the Lycanroc.Never used one before, but really liking this mon! He basically nukes everything he comes across and it's speed makes it an easy lead.
>Leppa the Tsareena.I decided to go for a semi-support set for her. My team gets their asses kicked by special attacks so her bulk, strengthened by Dual Screens, have saved my ass on several occasions. Especially the Akala Hau fight.
>Custap the MudsdaleAmazing pokémon and a must have in Alola. Even with the worst nature he could've gotten, Custap has been hard carrying me against fights like Gladion and T-Mimikyu.
Question for you lads. SOS encounters. Would it be legal for me to, say, not capture a Carbink and keep baiting for help until Sableye comes?
>>56692666I think pro nuzlockes' tend to overthink and play it too safe, something I also tend to do. And they have fucking spreadsheets of the games, use calcs and more. It can be fun to nuz that way (Like I said I do some of those things too) but calling yourself a pro-nuzlocker is cringe and most peopls who call themselves that are basedboys
