NTA but even Replies that were straight up about Pokémon and just included the word "bad" in relation to his self-insert got removed. I got a off-topic warning for a post about Dot on /vp/, a character from the Pokémon Anime, a day after she was introduced. This isn't about "off-topic" anymore, this is the F aggot deliberately abusing the system to get as many anons who don't agree with him and his fantasies or talk about the things he hates sent on vacation as possible while trying to push his genwar and falseflag narratives. He has completely lost it and would rather straight up derail and fuck up threads for others out of spite instead of getting a Life outside of self-inserting at this point.

Isn't it primarily Chinese people? Honestly, the Goh fanbase is surprisingly diverse. I know a guy who's the biggest amourfag you'd ever know, although he ironically hates other amourfags, and he was really into Goh by the end of JN and bummed that he, Ash, and Chloe didn't continue to Paldea.

That was because it debuted in a really unfortunate timeslot. The ratings spiked when it moved into one people were going to watch.

The only sources for those are TV Tokyo ratings and torrent downloads. So far, Horizons is massively outpacing JN's torrent downloads, and I vaguely remember anons pointing out that the TV Tokyo ratings are also better than JN was.

Sceptile only managed to beat Darkrai after it was significantly weakened. Similarly, Latios only went down to Pikachu after being weakened.
This only proves that Ash is a weak trainer who relies on Sceptile and other already strong pokemon to win, and that he has no skill as a trainer. Thus, he would be unable to compete in a world championship with them, because a Pokemon's raw ability can only carry them so far.

Ash NEEDED the cheated JN team to carry him. Without a lv 100 Dragonite with perfect IVs being gifted to him, the Riolu that was boosted to lv 100 with perfect IVs, etc, Ash wouldn't have had a chance.

They wouldn't bring Ash back without Goh. JN brought in tons of fans, because of Pokemon Go and the massive emerging fujo market. The popularity of their friendship and their theme song (the Pokeani theme with the most plays on streaming, ever) ensures that the return of Ash would only happen if it was a Goh centric story. I wonder what Ash will watch Goh catch?

If Marnie gets you bricked up you know you can just bust to pics of her online, right? I do it all the time. Why would I want her to interfere with the golden formula of Ash & Goh's all-fun-no-brakes series? Say what you want about JN overall but narrowing the cast down to two rough-n-tumble dudes that get their asses hurled off cliffs, burned, and their skulls fractured on a weekly basis was a genius move. Since when has that mattered? Let me redirect your own words back to you: have YOU even watched JN?
Ash's star pokemon was Pikachu. Pikachu did most of the heavy lifting and almost single handedly won the PWC for him. A Pikachu. Just a fucking Pikachu. Why would it matter if something's a Metagross?

All Orla has to do is set her Metagross to go chop vines for a few hours and it's a world champion. It could be a Beldum and the same would apply. Because it doesn't matter, a fucking Pikachu was the strongest pokemon in the PWC.

To add to this, ironically enough, it's GOH who spent actual time pursuing his goals in JN. Far more Goh episodes involved him capturing pokemon or preparing to capture pokemon than there were Ash episodes training for the world championship.
No wonder Goh is more popular than Ash. He actually put the effort in.

This is just brazenly untrue. Ash only spent a handful of episodes training or having been implied to train his pokemon throughout the entirety of JN.
The vast majority of Ash's time in JN was spent goofing off with Goh and others. His ass was not training for "a year". He didn't even celebrate his birthday in that time.

I think Serena became a stronger person in JN however it would be pointless if the anime does not change her dynamic with Ash. Maybe new Serena treats Ash the same way as Dawn/Misty because of kiss that made her lose all her shyness and submissiveness toward Ash.
