Any deck can run Pidgeot and benefit from it, but Charizard acts as its own energy acceleration and attacker so it needs far less support than other decks
Pidgeot’s ability is very strong (that’s why it’s locked to a stage 2) and only Charizard has the deck space to run it consistently without harming other support aspects
Once the Mallow rename comes out you can easily mimic Pidgeots power by running single prize draw support like Bibarel, Kirilia, or Liepard
