Here's the easiest way to read PokeSpe in English right now and not go crazy:
>For volumes 1-63 (RGB - ORAS arcs)1 - Read the official VIZ editions, they're fine (most complete and up to date translation, HD quality scans, names usually consistent with the games). The biggest downside is the shittons of censorship, even for small things they'll heavily edit the artwork. Also the retarded new chapter titles VIZ added, similar to the OS anime's English episode subtitles, thinking the manga's target audience is as young as the anime's.
https://weebcentral.com/chapters/01J76XYYRG8W76MF002FMBKCJ42 - If the censorship bugs you, then just finish reading one arc, then locate some manga autists and ask them if that arc was censored in any way. 50% chance they'll be helpful and give you censorship examples if any. Another 50% chance they'll just lie/make shit up/post edited screencaps because they haven't read PokeSpe themselves in 2 decades. (There isn't a censorship guide or anything out there AFAIK)
3 - If you don't want to do #2 and have a lot of free time, find the older translation from Chuang Yi and compare it to the VIZ version yourself. Note the CY versions stop at volume 41, the scan quality is bad, some names are weird and all the artwork is flipped. But it doesn't have VIZ tier censorship.
