>>50914022Goh won't be retired. he's the only one they need for marketing Pokemon Go. they are building up Project Mew and Goh will most likely be assigned to Paldea, and Ash will go along with him. they don't need to go around the rest of the Pokemon World anymore when they pretty much did that in PM. there's no point once Ash becomes Monarch, he'd have conquered the first 8 regions already. his next quest is to pretend to be a noob and learn more about new Pokemon while mentoring new trainers and friends, forging new rivalries, and becoming the best in that region, too.
