He always just goes down to the last mon, starts cheating, and wins. And when he wins, it doesn't even feel like a big occasion, he's ultra-humble and doesn't seem to have any complex thoughts about being the best trainer in the world. He's very hard to watch now.
People laugh when I say I'd rather have Goh as the MC, but at least that guy fails a lot and his victories and losses seem to actually matter.
