I've said a few times in these threads and /padt/ that I think 135 could be a Goh-focused episode revolving around Mew, and now that we have confirmation of 136/137 (we just don't know what they are), I'm thinking the chance of this has gone up. You're right though, it could be any of the things you mentioned. Within the next week, we should know. To me, it feels like a natural conclusion Ash and Goh wouldn't want to split up; I mean, why walk away from a good thing, lol. There really is no reason why Goh wouldn't want to go with Ash to Paldea, if that's where Ash does indeed go. And yeah, unless the next episode is hiding something big, I don't think Goh will be calling Ash because something terrible is/will be happening. Still feels kinda weird they bothered to include that scene at the end of 132, imo. It honestly just feels unnecessary. As cool as it would've been to see Ash swoop in on Dragonite, make a banger entrance and "save the day," I think I'd rather they not do this. It not only makes the PM team look incompetent, but ultimately this is Goh's story. This should be his moment, just as Ash had his.
