Sonic team hasn't been good in ages, Shadow Gens was probably one of the few good games they've released in ages and by itself it felt like a miracle that it exists, but the rewrites to base Generations are fucking abysmal, Frontiers was a garbage Unity openworld slop tech demo with "le witty and funny callbacks" every 5 seconds, I don't think I need to say anything about Forces. Mania wasn't even made by Sonic Team and it was probably the best Sonic Game in well over 20 years. I'm one of the few people who likes Unleashed but I still have a ton of issues with it and I'm not gonna petend it was good either, Sonic has slightly more competent devs but Sonic games have been shit for a lot longer than Pokemon and only recently started making some stuff that isn't complete garbage. Not to mention Sonicfags are somehow even more autistic than Pokefags.
