As per the “set”, (you really keep thinking in Showdown terms lmao), I was thinking of Hemlock possibly using volatile (and honestly half-baked) weather strats. Kinda like Raihan, but more because Hemlock’s hubris makes him believe he can shift the world around him to his will, so weather changes are a way of showing that. Roserade would use Sunny Day and Solar Beam, and Archaludon would try to spam Electro Shot in the rain. I’m literally coming up with this shit as I go, maybe there‘a a better idea that one can have here. I’m a big proponent of a Pokémon using their signature move prominently in a story if they have one.
