>>58977995It's "DPt" because the P doubles down as for Pearl and Platinum, and like the other guy said that shit is only possible because Pearl came first so of course the "P" goes to that one, rather than for the separate, special third edition. When separated they are DP and Pt, together they are DPt to avoid redundancy. This issue does not exist with Sword and Shield nor Wind and Waves because they are duals, you don't talk about "Pokemon R", or "Pokemon B" or "Pokemon M", you pair them by groups and by group SS can only mean Sword/Shield and WW can only mean Wind/Waves.
