She started off as a baker with a Slurpuff, a rival to Serena in a Pokepuff baking contest. Then when Serena chose to become a Poke-idol, Miette/Millefeui just so happened to join the idol contests too.
She very quickly picked up that Serena has a crush on Ash, and endlessly teased Serena about it, saying she'll steal Ash away if Serena isn't forward enough.
