That's part of why I'm mixing his OS and XY personalities, so he can still do fun and cool things while facing his own demons (also because wisecraking Ash is too cool a concept to dodge, and it wouldn't feel out of character). Not exactly an easy task to accomplish, but I'm all for trying the challenge.
As for what Pokémon is Imp, I already have the idea in pic-rel. Sounds like a weird choice, but I entertained some mythical, legendary, and even regular Pokémon that could resemble the kind of character Mxyzptlk is, and this was the one I liked the most. Challenges and solutions aren't fully sorted out, but I'll keep what you're telling me in mind.
