>>5823962130th anniversary is immutable however. They themselves know how profitable an anniversary release is, both in game sales revenue AND TPC income compared to any non-anniversary release. They're not going to miss it, they've been working on Gen 10 since '22 (they ALWAYS start new Gen planning before launching the newest Gen games) and going by your logic have been sitting on it since this year (three years per Gen). You ignore Switch 2's delay however, it was due last year and L: Z-A along with, with a gap year this year then Gen 10 next. Nintendo fucked it by holding back release of S2, so Game Freak took their gap year last year instead (it was due anyway, that's another thing they seem to do every 10 years - hold off a year with no release, to then get things going again). We're getting a new Gen reveal next February, there's nothing but desperate faggots trying to tack on new megas because their favourite got ignored for the gimmick glow-up sperging about DLC. Much less trying to imply a host of old XY characters returning, when the only ones we've seen are all decidedly minor to the overall storyline of XY (it just isn't XY2 like XYgotes really really wanty all these years later).
And 99% of """leaks""" are bullshit in Pokémon, there does be some accurate leaks but given the metric fucktonne of retards creatively writing their hopes and dreams here every fucking release window, it's hard to take such detailed leaks seriously, when no cunt in the fandom seems to understand the meanest version of game development, including shit like timelines when certain things get done (like localisation only starting 8 months prior to game launch, as one the last tasks started on a game project, due to its relative unimportance in comparison to other shit on the game making docket). Just don't be surprised when any DLC is a free outbreak update like L: A or they just flat-out reveal Gen 10 for S2 an leave it at that.
