The amount of history revising and victim card pulling XYfags do is astonishing. For a whopping 3 continuous years they shat on the show at every given opportunity to the point where discussing SM in the pokemon anime discussion general was literally impossible (but they'll claim it's because of muh matsui and muh no hype, not because of their consistent shitposting efforts. They've been shitting on the show non stop and preventing anyone from enjoying it, ironic that they claim to be the ""real fans"" of the anime. From the moment SM was announced, they got angry over it. They weren't the only ones off put by the artstyle and the tone of the series, but they were the ones who still stuck around to get angry over a show they obviously didn't like. An episode would air, and if you say it's anything other than shit you're labelled a shitposter. Of course unless the episode has Hoshi in which case it's 10/10 because this is the general that literally worships no name literally who background pedobait characters we're talking about. This pseudo mentally ill shitposting wasn't just limited to /padt/, it was also on places like YouTube and Twitter. At one point, things had gotten so bad that an obsessive retard (edman) would literally rant about how SM sucks in EVERY SINGLE video about it in YouTube whether it be episode previews, discussions, just vaguely related videos or sometimes even unrelated ones. And there was that autistic Thomas the tank engine fan that in a similar obsessive manner got constantly angry over SM and shat on anyone who was even neutral about it on Twitter (Ethan Page). The best part is they're STILL at it, after 3 entire fucking years. And in regards to the shitposting on /padt/, the archives will do most of the talking. One XYfag was even so fucked that he compared watching SM to domestic abuse on Youtube, and all of that just because he didn't like the Alola Leauge.
