Miraidon does make good use of z moves, but it doesn't need them imo. Specs, life orb, scarf, electric seed, or just boots, are all good. Koraidon was banned for its SD scale shot set primarily I think.
Also I didn't know this, but Miraidon was just suspected in SV and it wasn't banned. It got 62.5% but Ubers requires 66.66% instead of 60%. So 37.5% stopped the ban from going through. Hahah. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised that natdex Ubers is more popular than SV Ubers.
