I'd say Crasher is a good chunk older, 36 years old is too young to have such a stomach. Iris is way younger than the quartet Hilda/Hilbert/Bianca/Cheren: even two years later in BW2 she still looks like a kid. In comparison, Misty also was a kid in RBGY, but she entered her teenage years in the 3 year time skip to GSC/HGSS. In comparison again, Brick was well in his teenage years in the first episodes but now looks like a young adult. Surely because girls enter puberty earlier. You should maybe raise him one year. I think Winora is closer to 20 than 30. I think Burgh is also older than it looks, in his 30, likely 35 given his relationship with the other leaders (and his hippy/hipster style, no insult). Rest is pretty good. I like how you put Pryce and Blaine in the same age tier: their differences in looks have more to with their personalities and chosen types than their ages, although they could be like 5 years younger, but it isn't dramatical.
7/10 for me.
