I'm just curious how much money they get to make these games. They get dick for time which makes sense as they want to just push out games as quickly as possible.
The thing that baffles me is just the amount of manpower they have at gamefreak compared to other big franchises that get games. People joke about "small indie studio" but they do only have ~200 employees. That's fucking insane to me when some of these other AAA dev teams have thousands.
Even if they just contracted out some of the work to some pajeets at least they could cheaply cover sprite / animation work and call it a day. But like what
