Nobody complains about using UU mons in OU you complete moron, good players do that all the time and some really good Pokemon in a tier like Reuniclus in gen 7 might not even be OU.
The definition of counter has never changed, you're just too underage and clueless to know that and think that Dracovish having no real defensive counters is some conspiracy by Smogon to ban every strong Pokemon. Pokemon like Hoopa-Unbound or Conkeldurr have almost no real counters either and they're fine because they're actually held back by shit like lower speed.
Keep being angry that actually decent players voted out Dracovish with a 90% ban majority. You should also know that it's spelled council, not "counsel", dear third-world expert.
