Discuss pokemon that need an evolution, or a pre-evolution (looked down upon i know, but some pokemon really do need one). However, don't just post a pokemon that needs an evo/prevo, post why it needs one, or what the concept of it would be, or what it might look like, or what its possible stats would be, or new typing if any. Stuff like that will make this thread have much more quality than other evolution threads.
