It essentially has 160 power when attacking something at full health. If the opponent was weakened before you attack it, you only need to do a small amount of damage to kill it, completely wrecking walls. I guess if it has low distribution or you added some drawbacks to it, it would be fine, but as it stands, it's OP.

It took four gens for us to get to "breed" a legendary, three gens to get ones with genders, and five to get a Pokemon with an insane BST (Besides Arcanine, but he's a very special case though there's zero explanation for why besides Species classification as "The Legendary Pokemon") that doesn't actually suck or isn't [pseudo-]legendary

Dream World came out exactly one gen ago. And we already have the Dream Radar, though that's the absolute worst way to do anything related to a fucking children's game not named CoD.

Only if it only affects flying types and has an inverse effect on opposing fliers, and reduces the priority of non-0 priority attacking moves by 1

That would be a huge change, and it wouldn't stop Drago from spamming EXTREMESPEED simply because it would still go first unless Ice Shard was used, it would force it to use its bulk as its primary asset, since it would be otherwise shut down due to being relatively slow.

That's far too broken.

As a trick room user, I'd prefer an ability that allows the effect of Trick Room to reset anytime you use it. As the move currently is, using it before it ends on its own will end it prematurely, so you'd have to wait until it expires to put it back up. I think this would give far more staying power for trick room teams without encroaching into meta-warping territory.

What it needs is to resist water and grass. Lapras would become even tankier. Only weak to Electric/Fighting, double water resist, grass and fire damage are both neutral, access to Ice Shard, etc.

Interestingly, Lapras is the biggest reason OHKO moves are banned. It makes them too unpredictable, and far too versatile. Really, Sheer Cold shouldn't work on ice-types.

I think that's the only way it could work. Potentially being able to set up 13 types of entry hazards would break the game, and pokemon sent out at full health could potentially be killed just by switching in with only a few entry hazards set up.

Stealth rock/stealth ice/stealth dragon dicks would automatically kill dragonite unless it had odd HP

Sandslash & Quagsire would become OU staples.

Sandslash has sand rush and this doubling its attack would turn it into Excadrill without the steel typing.

Quagsire would become a bulky attacker even though it'll miss unaware.
