Years later I played Pearl and looked up tons of shit. The experience was lackluster.
Then, I decided I would try to avoid as much information as possible for Black and White, in order to not spoil the surprise.
I really think Pokemon games should expand upon the exploration. Most of the time lore is explained to you as you play through the main plot. I don't want that. I want to happen upon a tucked-away area in some odd corner of the region that contains a cryptic message or visual hint at past events. I want tiny, unexpected details for those meticulous enough to look.
