Wouldn't make sense considering that the tail IS Wobbufett and the blue part is the punching bag, but I'd be fine with it.

It would make sense, While in Mega evolution, the "tail" takes over.

the blue part should deflate. Then you change it's ability to "fear tag" that force the opponent to switch after each turn.
