It doesn't have any easy recovery so it doesn't run into problems of losing hydration rest or recover, you have Charge Beam with Serene Grace to raise your special attack, or even thunder to paralyze, and then Boomburst is basically hyper voice last gen except with a choice specs while STAB psyshock doesn't give a shit about anything else. Run a fourth move for coverage like U-turn or something and you're golden
Or even an assault vest relic song set could be cool.
