Most people use Photoshop from what I've gathered, but I've been using Open Office.

I think there's a template floating around, one that Liz made. I can't really help you with background and such, as I'm really bad at editing things.

I don't think so. the Munna line is associated with dreams, and the Nidoran line seems to line up with dinosaurs or something. The only reason I included Jigglypuff is because she's so similar to Clefiary.

Get a girl Pokémon of the Mareep (Mareep/Flaaffy/Ampharos) line. Get a boy Pokémon that can breed with it from either of these lists:

Pop them in the day care, and make sure one of them is of a different language game. And then just start hatching their eggs.

That's the dumbest down version of Breeding I can think of. If you wanna know how to IV breed, then that'll take me a bit longer to explain.

First off you need a female from the Mareep line, and a parent form the same Egg Group it can breed with. One of the parents needs a foreign language tag (they're shown in the Pokémons summary as GER, FRE, JPN, etc.)

If you want egg moves you need a father with the desired egg move to breed it onto one of the offspring. If natures and IVs are of interest to you, then the Everstone ensures that the parent holding it will pass down the nature, while the Destiny Knot guarantees that the offspring will inherit 5 randomly selected IVs from either parent.

If you need more information, there's a section int he FAQ about breeding shines.

My only question is what IVs would you like. I see you wouldn't mind giving up the SpD so is that what I'll be dropping?

Also, I forgot that my French game doesn't have a whole lot of money so I'll have to do most of this on my X before trading/language flipping. It might take up to an hour if my luck is bad.
