First time you ever heard of Pokemon? For me it was this article in nintendo power issue 108. So I went and downloaded the japanese roms, (which i didnt get very far into cause of the language barrier) then forgot about them till launch day, when i bought blue and red. Then i played them far more than any other game on my gameboy, until gold and silver came along.
