It was. I am. I'm a perfectionist, and I tend to get really worked up about how fucked up the world is. I'm horrified and disgusted at a lot of things on a regular basis- not to mention, the planet would literally be better off with less of us fucking around on it in terms of resources, pollution, and other types of human dickery.

Now, if we are assuming that I had all that sweet meta-knowledge, in the end I'd probably joining Aqua or the Rockets. Aqua because I know they won't suceed anyway and the sea is pretty cool. Rocket because, hey, if I HAVE to, might as well go with the one that will give me some benefits and money. I can always work as a double agent and bust out operations form inside.
