I have been playing HeartGold faily since I got into balltism, listening to the radio for hordes, rearranging the Safari Zone, etc.
It's really satisfying though. Breeding Moon Ball Clefables right now.

Unless it's mono type and all mons fit a ball's colour scheme (Steel>Premier for example) then that alone puts you against your balltism.

I can't stand seeing a great ball, ultra ball, pokeball, timer ball etc in one long line of 6. Use the same or none at all.

My party/battle mon are always in Luxury ball because they deserve the best and only the best.
Other Pokemon, for breeding, collection, etc. may get a color-coordinated or theme-coordinated ball.

And then I mix it up here and there for others. Preferably Moon Stone lines in Moon Balls, etc.

But holy fuck it is so annoying that we still can't breed balls onto genderless Pokemon. My whole team is in Ultra, but Magnezone, Porygon 2 and Claydol are forever stuck in shitty fucking Poke Balls.

Usualy I just use pokeballs until I can buy Ultra Balls, then I switch to them

IT ain't worth giving up increased capture rate and less wasted time just to get them other balls. I only wish there was an option to change your pokemon's type of pokeball after it's captured

Pretty fucking high. I've actually thrashed some perfect mons I've gotten on trades just because they were on regular pokeballs. The members of my team are all in fitting balls depending on their colors/designs/theme.

From previous generations I only have SS, now I'm seriously considering getting B/W2 so I can pass specials ball pokemon from there. Also, all I'm hoping for in the future now is to get new pokeball types.

This Gen I started to put everyone in a pokeball, previously I never really cared.
But I gave legendaries the dignity of being in a higher-quality ball.
Now using my older pokemon from Gen V bugs me a bit. I don't like quick balls, but that's what I caught Pinsir in.
