No, seriously, don't run full stall. If you do, you must accept that you can't beat everything. This is something that Smogon doesn't seem to be able to understand. You can't always beat everything. If you run full stall, Baton Pass is probably going to wreck you. Put some offensive presence in your stall team so you can put pressure on BP. Or you know, just play for fun. Only die-hard smogontards care about their ranking because they pretty much lose their freedom of speech on the forums and will be treated as trash if their ranking drops below the critical level. Don't be like them. I can't see why this is such an issue.

Confirmed for 100% bullshit by Smogon themselves. I don't have the exact line here for copypaste, but they've said that an overcentralized metagame is not a problem or issue of any kind. They're not doing this because they want a more diverse metagame. Besides, what metagame hasn't been overcentralized? Just think for a fucking moment:

>Gen II: Snorlax has like 80% usage, Normal-type stall
>Gen III: SkarmBliss everywhere
>Gen IV: Garchomp everywhere

They didn't say that, they only said, not -necessarily- an issue. That is confusing the symptom for the disease, and more importantly taking shit out of context. The argument that this is supposed to go against was in the Swagplay thread, where idiots said Swagplay makes the meta more diverse, as if that was the sole thing making a good meta. You have to strike a good balance to make a dynamic, but ultimately skill-based metagame. (and ou really cannot say BP teams were "skilled" in any way either lel)

And really? If it's all useless and the meta will be shite forever, then why do suspect tests??? Surely banning Kang and Luke were steps to making a meta more balanced?

the point of that was to stop people from making diversity as their #1 reason for something being banned, eg. anyone could argue that a mon like Talonflame being banned would create diversity, but no sane person thinks it should be banned

How are Baton Pass teams not skilled? That shit requires insane skill to work properly. The OU tier was filled with scrubs who copied Denissss's team and thought it was some kind of an insta win team, only to get wreck'd by the first competent player. If you've ever seen Denissss's replays, you'll know that the guy is an excellent player. His prediction skills are completely out of this world and that's the reason why his team worked so well.

You could make the same case for Overgrow Venusaur to be allowed in UU, or Synchronize Espeon in NU.

It's easier to say you can't use Pokemon X at all than it is to say you use Pokemon X as long as it doesn't have move Y or ability Z.

Plus, no one is going to use Blaziken anyway, since it's completely outclassed by Infernape. All you'd get out of a complex ban is an extemely mediocre Pokemon that will no see no serious use.

It wasn't just Denissss piloting that team because he's a good player, that shit was everywhere.

You know what requires an "insane" amount of skill? Balanced teams. You cannot even compare the skill ceiling of BP to any other playstyle (besides Deoxys HO but everyone knows it should be banned kek)

Lugia is banned because smogon loves HO. You deserve to get swept by M-Lucario if it gets a turn to boost, but it can be revenge killed which means it's balanced.
If you dislike these bans, why even play smogon tiers.
Deosharp is the perfect example of how previously shitty Pokémon can shine and how smogon doesn't just like "smogonmons".

When you play cartridge, evasion is balanced because aerial ace. I've never had trouble with M-Gengar, so it shouldn't have been banned. Verlisify was right though.

Why not just ban + Thunder Wave?
Last gen they just couldn't figure out how to counter it, so they banned it. Genesect is only banned because it shits on so many popular OU pokémon. M-Kangaskhan is not OP in VGC, which means it shouldn't have been banned. If you can't beat her, you need to git gud.

M-Lucario has weaknesses, so it's balanced. Nobody in Victory Road has a problem with any of those Pokémon, we actually do REAL strategy and skill over there. Just use Scarf Terrakion on every team. Just play around it.

6v6 singles are an old and antiquated format, you should just play doubles. M-Gengar is frail which means it's not OP. Just learn to live with M-Kangaskhan like GSC did with Snorlax. Sleep is balanced because of Insomnia. M-Lucario is only Banned because Smogon loves Stall. Kyogre has a couple of counters, which means it's balanced.

It took about 10 hours of your time over a period of 2 weeks to get to voting reqs just by playing on a pretty average level. That's less than an hour a day of someone's time to get to reqs.

Anyone who doesn't vote either doesn't care about the result or are the 3-50 Pikachu scrubs. It is incredibly easy to get to reqs with the new COIL based requirements if you play at even a semi-competitive level.

It's obvious so few people voted because so few people cared about the result of this supect test. Previous tests in this generation had twice as many voters, and the number of voters from that could probly double again if people actually took the initiative, unlike you who obviously didn't.

I'm sure you're thinking of some sort of dumbass fallacious counterargument, so I'll cover all the bases with this single point:
I voted for Option #1, do not nerf
