My cousin just traded me a 6IV ditto that I'll be using to breed near-perfect IV pokemon with. If I want to play somewhat competitively, what should be the first pokemon I breed? Egg moves?

Giga Drain / Sludge Bomb / Synthesis. For the last move, either Sleep Powder or Hidden Power Fire if you're lucky or patient enough to get it.

Gible [HA, Outrage]
Marill [Aqua Jet, possibly Belly Drum]

As a solid six to get you started. HA Froakie's also really ubiquitous and so will probably be an easy thing to find.
