It'd look better if the scaling was better. Ledges look like small cracks in the ground and the tall grass barely goes up to Brendan's knees.

Honestly this would be a step back from Gen 5 which was a mixture of sprites and models. Going back to full sprites on a more powerful system doesn't make sense to me.

Maybe they could've had an artstyle like Mario and Luigi Dream Team.

Personally, I think this shit was fantastic

Looking back on it though, its a little lacking, but its definitely there at its core

I would absolutely love to play a pokemon game with these kind of graphics

Also, the color palette is phenomenal
