The tiny pool of Pokemon Aqua and Magma use. I'm pretty sure they use the smallest variety of mons out of all the villain teams. Is it too much to ask for them to not be complete push-overs? Especially Archie and Maxie, they're pathetic. It seems doubtful this will change from RSE to ORAS.

Gamefreak has an unhealthy obsession with remaking everything exactly the same instead of figuring out ways to be better.

HGSS kept pretty much everything I thought they'd improve on from gen 2, the lazy fucks.

Yeah everything mechanically gets updated but everything else stays the same. Its a shame too because it would have been SO easy to fix GSC. Literally all they had to do was make it so Pryce couldn't be fought and Lake of Rage shit couldn't be done until after Jasmine, but nope.

Yeah, Gamefreak can be stupid as hell sometimes. I doubt anyone was clamoring for the terrible level curve and pokemon distribution to be kept in HGSS, but GF didn't even try to fix them.
